They have performed in New York and recently wrapped up their first Florida tour. Johnny III is also a member of The Souza Band which performs at corporate events, weddings, parties and concerts. Boston Globe Correspondent, Bill Beuttler commented in a live performance review of The Johnny Souza Quintet at Ryles Jazz Club that "Boston (Hub of My Heart)" included a swinging trumpet solo by the leader's son, guest soloist Johnny Souza III."
